East of England folk-punk singer-songwriter Fraser Morgan has released his highly anticipated EP, I Hope You Can’t Relate, out now via Sad Buds Records. Dropped on November 1st, the EP marks some of Morgan’s strongest work to date, blending raw, heartfelt lyrics with vibrant pop melodies and organic folk instrumentation.

The EP offers a deeply personal look into Morgan’s struggles with mental health, using music as a cathartic tool for self-reflection. “I Hope You Can’t Relate is almost a diary—these are personal experiences, and in a way, I hope they’re not relatable. But if they are, I hope it helps someone feel seen,” says Morgan.

His unflinching honesty and emotional depth shine through in every track, whilst musically, the EP features strummed acoustic guitars, mandolin, bass, and live drums, creating a full-band sound that echoes Morgan’s renowned live energy. His charismatic vocals shift from raw spoken-word moments to infectious melodies, capturing the essence of his playful, yet passionate stage presence.

Fraser Morgan is quickly gaining recognition. I Hope You Can’t Relate is an impressive step forward for the artist, blending personal vulnerability with powerful music that resonates on a universal level.
