NoMBe

German raised and Los Angeles based NoMBe stunned audiences with his 2024 EP NOAH, a seductive listen filled with blissful soundscapes, sun-drenched rhythms and catchy melodies that are both upbeat and introspective. The EP was influenced by his time in Hawaii and his sound has a breezy quality that immediately puts you in a good mood. His vocals have a sincerity that adds depth to the fun. If you’re a fan of artists like Lauv or LANY, NoMBe is definitely one to watch. His unique take on feel-good indie pop is something that both stands out and stays with you long after the music stops.

In 2025 the multifaceted artist is set to share five single releases culminating into an album. He shares, "I set a high standard for myself, and I’m very intentional with the music. I hope you build a deep relationship with what I’m doing. I want it to make your day better, give you a chance to reflect, and even inspire you to create.”

EZI

EZI is the musical project of New York born and bred singer-songwriter and actress Esther Zyskind. The young talent started her career starring in the Nickelodeon series The Other Kingdom but gained major recognition going viral with her debut EP AFRAID OF THE DARK as well as her cover "Take My Breath Away". Her vocals are breathtaking and intimate, taking listeners into her world with every note. Coupled with atmospheric production, EZI has seduced fans and critics alike.

2025 is set to be a banner year for the riser with plans for a series of singles that lean into a more 90's pop meets R&B sound. EZI is a bold new voice in pop music. With her evocative songwriting, unique sound, and emotional authenticity, EZI is well on her way to becoming one of the genre's most compelling artists.

Layto

The artist is known for covering important topics in his music including his own battles with anxiety and depression, giving a voice to the often silent. This year he shared "IOU" in collaboration with alternative hip hop artist WesGhost. The genre-bending song attracted over 1.5 million listens with its anthemic chorus and twisted tale of love storyline.
2025 will be a busy year for Layto; not only will he release his highly anticipated sophomore album feed me amnesia, but he also will be providing direct support for MISSIO as well as headlining his own tour in the Fall.

After a prolific 2024, with four releases, the artist plans to return in 2025 with a series of single releases, an EP and album to boot. The one to watch shares, "I hope to connect with those struggling amidst the day to day, and attempting to find their own truest self.”

Skylet Gunner

Indie dark pop-rocker Skylet Gunner is a Los Angeles riser whose EP Blame It On Chemicals is one of the best of the year. Her stormy mood-drenched musical blend is filled with an essential mystique catapulting the artist as one to watch. Haunting cinematic hooks sung with Gunner's emotionally resonant vocals are framed by a sound that is both expansive and intimate. There’s a rawness in the way the music is conveyed as she sings about important topics including female empowerment, soul searching, and modern romance.

Skylet Gunner plans for a big year in 2025, as she shares a plethora of new music with dream collaborators Mills Logan (Taylor Swift, Shania Twain) and Eric Potapenko (Adam Lambert, Gladys Knight). Her music videos are also making the rounds at various film festivals next year and the artist also plans to tour.

Derek Simpson

Boston raised and now Southern California based Derek Simpson can claim megastar fans including Tyler The Creator and Kevin Abstract. The talented multi-instrumentalist, artist, songwriter and producer creates music that is a mesmerizing blend of chilled-out funk, hazy alt-pop, and experimental soul that’s as emotionally nuanced as it is sonically captivating. His 2024 album Somehow features a ten song journey into all the nuances and emotional complexities that come from loving someone unconditionally. Derek Simpson plays with experimental production choices adding a new layer of depth to his releases.

Derek Simpson continues to push boundaries with his music and 2025 is no exception with the creator set to record new music and continue collaborating with other musical masterminds. He also plans to play shows further sharing Somehow with the world. He shares, "I plan on playing these songs for you in front of other people for a long time so you’ll have to get used to it, lemon pie."

Omari Vel

Omari Vel is a hip hop artist whose audacious glam rap style is flashy, bold and sonically adventurous. His dynamic performances are free from the typical backing tracks found in rap music and instead filled with an expansive band playing a variety of textured sounds. This blend of freshness and nostalgia, makes him a unique and captivating artist while his masterful mix of confident swagger, vivid storytelling, and genre-defying production, offers a fascinating new chapter in hip hop.

The riser is quickly becoming a queer icon and his upcoming 2025 album A Speed Run for the Culture is as highly anticipated as it is celebratory. Omari Vel's unmistakable personality—wildly creative, introspective, and unapologetically adventurous further cements him as one to watch.

His debut album Romance for Antiheroes blends vibrant storytelling, lush arrangements, and layered instrumentation creating a rich sonic environment. A rewarding listen, the story-obsessed songwriter pens anthems about doubt, past failures, relationship complexities, mental health battles and resilience.

Dan Radin will have a prolific 2025 as he sets to tour, collaborate and self-produce his second album. The innovator also is launching an online artist development platform that spans everything from cello skills to songwriting and arranging to engineering to marketing.
